Pororari River Track Walk

The Pororari River Track is the pedestrian entry/exit for the Paparoa Great Walk. It follows a spectacular limestone gorge. It's a lovely walk by a river showcasing a beautiful coastal rainforest and amazing limestone formations. There's a stunning view of the river gorge from a lookout. This is an easy, almost level, out-and-return walk. You should walk along the river, past the intersection with the Paparoa Track on your right, and continue to the swing bridge that leads to the Inland Pack Track and crosses the Paparoa River. After enjoying the view from the swing bridge, turn around, and walk back the way you came.
