These two lodges are far apart. Further than you probably want to do only by hiking. So to get between the two lodges there are a coule of options. Option 1: Hike (4 km), or ride (free?) gondola, down to Engelberg, take two trains to Meiringen, hike to Haslibergoase. Option 2: Don't take the train, but instead hike and use gondolas when available to shorten the walk. Because you will take multiple gondolas, you probably want to have a "Swiss Travel Pass" day-pass.
