A cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, on the main highway about half an hour's drive north of Christchurch. A nice breakfast or lunch stop on the way to or from Christchurch. Next door to the cafe is also a used bookstore, "The Big Book Room", that is worth a visit if you are a book lover, and a sculpture/art store.
