Situated halfway between Blenheim and Kaikoura, The Store at Kekerengu is a the perfect stop when driving between Nelson and Kaikoura. It is a combination of a restaurant / café, with a beautiful coastal setting and plenty of room to roam the beach collecting stones or forming driftwood sculptures. Beatiful inside and out. Sitting on the steps, looking at the beach made of smooth grey and white pebbles, while having a coffee is a must-do if you are driving by. They also have a campground.
